Terms of Service

By accessing or using Quickest Leads ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Quickest Leads provides:

• Real-time lead notification delivery via Telegram
• Form integration for websites (JavaScript widget)
• Facebook Lead Ads integration
• Lead storage and event tracking
• Dashboard for managing leads and projects

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or business per account (no sharing credentials)

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and keep them confidential

4.1 Free Plan

Limited to 50 leads per month. Resets on the 1st of each month.

4.2 Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Agency)

• Billing Cycle: Monthly subscription, charged on signup date
• Lead Limits: Reset monthly on your billing date
• Payment Processing: Handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Price Changes: We'll notify you 30 days before price increases

4.3 Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable
• Service Issues: Refunds may be considered case-by-case for technical failures at our sole discretion

4.4 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• Projects beyond free plan limit become inaccessible after downgrade

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Quickest Leads to:

• Collect data without proper consent from end-users
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws
• Collect sensitive data (health, religion, political views) without explicit consent
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Abuse or overload our systems (DoS attacks)
• Reverse engineer or scrape our platform
• Resell or white-label our service without permission

5.2 Your Responsibilities as Data Controller

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You are responsible for:

• Privacy Policy: Having your own privacy policy on your website
• Consent: Obtaining necessary consents from end-users
• Transparency: Informing users that data is processed via Quickest Leads
• Legal Basis: Ensuring you have legal basis to collect data (GDPR Article 6)
• End-User Rights: Honoring data subject requests (access, deletion, etc.)

You are the Data Controller. Quickest Leads is the Data Processor.

By using our service, you agree that:

• We process personal data only on your documented instructions
• We implement appropriate security measures (GDPR Article 32)
• We assist with data subject requests (access, deletion, etc.)
• We notify you of data breaches within 48 hours
• We delete or return data upon contract termination
• We use only approved sub-processors (Supabase, Stripe, Telegram)

7.1 Uptime

We aim for 99% uptime but provide the service "as is" without guarantees.

7.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with 24-hour notice (when possible).

7.3 No Liability for Downtime

We are not liable for lost leads or business opportunities due to service interruptions.

8.1 Our Rights

Quickest Leads, our logo, and all service features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

8.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership of leads you collect. We only process it as instructed.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve our service without compensation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Telegram, Stripe, Facebook)
• We are not liable for your misuse of the service or violation of laws
• We are not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)

11.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account anytime. Data will be deleted after 30 days.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in illegal activities
• Fail to pay (after 3 days grace period)
• Abuse our system or support team

We'll provide 7 days notice when possible (except for severe violations).

We integrate with:

• Telegram: For notifications (subject to Telegram's terms)
• Stripe: For payments (subject to Stripe's terms)
• Facebook: For Lead Ads (subject to Meta's terms)

You are responsible for complying with third-party terms. We are not liable for their actions.
